Spam Stoppers
|
There is no inbox without a spam message and a spam folder and some email services like Gmail, Rediff, Yahoo and Msn etc have the Spam Stoppers to prevent the spam mail from entering the inbox and divert or direct the message to the spam folder. These email service use the Spam Stoppers which recognize certain key words in the subject part of the message and based on the key word match, these spam mails are filtered and deleted in the spam folder. Some auto responders also are treated as spam and placed in the spam folder and some of the email users often complain that their useful messages are filtered as spam. The email service providers give the user a week's time to check the usefulness of the message and the Spam Stoppers automatically delete the message in the spam folder after a week and there are settings in the email in box where the duration of keeping the spam message in the spam folder can be changed or altered according to the user's preference. There are also Spam Stoppers available as free wares but most of this software is designed to get the user name and pass word of the email accounts and steal away important information from the email accounts and in some case, an anonymous person enters in to your account and sends harmful messages to the VIP's from your account causing big problems and such cases have occurred as a result of selecting the wrong Spam Stoppers software. This is the major reason that people say that sharing the user name and pass word with others will result in undesired results and hence these email user name and pass word must be kept very confidential without sharing with any one but at extreme and emergency cases, these can be shared with the most important persons to access the digital data. Usually the Spam Stoppers are built inside the email and the email service providers do this task and it is highly recommended not to install third party services to check for spam and if you wish a particular persons message is continuously bothering you, then the email service providers have the facility to mark that particular email as a spam and after that the emails from that particular person will be automatically redirected to the spam folder using the Spam Stoppers function that is in built in the email service being used. |
